I always work to cultivate an awareness of the breath whether I am teaching a strong Vinyasa flow practice, or a more restorative replenishing class. I believe that a truly rounded yoga practice should meet the physical, emotional and energetic needs of the student. I tailor my classes individually, practicing in the comfort of your home or location of your choice. Lessons can be scheduled regularly or on an ad hoc basis and are typically 60, 75 or 90 minutes long.
